About us
An accounting firm that happens to work in English.
Not a translation service with a bookkeeper attached. We are a Dutch accounting practice whose clients mostly come from somewhere else, and we built the way we work around that. We have been doing this work since 2015; 100digital is the name we do it under today.
Where we are
We work with clients across the Netherlands and almost everything runs remotely, by design. That is not distance: it is how we can answer the same day and still keep the fee flat.
Why we exist
Most of our clients did not choose to become tax experts.
They moved here to run a business. What they got instead was a system that assumes you read Dutch, a tax office that writes letters rather than emails, and an accountant who explains things in terminology that does not translate.
So we do two things. We take the recurring work off the desk entirely, and we tell you when something is coming that deserves a decision. That second part is the one most firms leave out, and it is the one that actually changes what you pay.

Not the best case, the standard. It is what keeps your figures current enough to be worth a conversation.
A named contact, not a shared inbox
You know who handles your work and they know your situation. The founder reads every satisfaction reply personally.
A quote within 15 minutes
Answer the questions and the price arrives, with everything that is included spelled out. If your situation is genuinely complex we say so instead of guessing.
No surprise invoices
Advice hours are in your package. Anything beyond them is quoted before we start, and you can cancel at the end of any month.

Being clear about this early saves everyone a disappointing conversation later, and it is why our partners trust us with their clients.

We are not an immigration firm
Your permit, your DAFT application and everything around your residence go through an immigration adviser. We work alongside Cardon on that side.

We are not US tax advisers
Your American filings stay with your own CPA or enrolled agent. We are used to working next to one so that both sides line up.

We do not provide a business address
Combining a registered address with running your administration is a regulated activity in the Netherlands, and we stay well clear of it.
Straight answer
What changed since our early years
We grew quickly in the first DAFT wave and, for a while, we grew faster than our service did. Some clients waited too long for an answer. If you heard that about us, you did not hear something untrue.
Every client now has a named contact instead of a shared inbox. Deadlines are tracked by the system rather than by whoever remembers them. You can see the status of your own filings without asking. And we ask every client twice a year how it is going, in one click, straight to the founder.
