The short version
This is a practical summary. The full terms contain all the agreements and exceptions.
You can cancel at the end of any month
By email, with one month of notice. There is one thing worth knowing: the annual accounts and the year-end returns are included on a subscription of at least twelve months, so if you leave earlier that work is quoted for the remaining part.
Advice hours are part of the fee
Every package includes a number of advice hours per year. Work beyond that is quoted before we start.
Hourly work only with your approval
We do not begin chargeable work outside your package until you have agreed to it, which is how a monthly fee stays a monthly fee.
Prices exclude VAT
Everything we quote is exclusive of Dutch VAT unless it says otherwise. Third-party costs such as Chamber of Commerce fees are charged separately at cost.
What is explicitly separate
Box 3, the migration-year M return, catching up on overdue books and anything involving a foreign entity are quoted individually rather than absorbed into the monthly fee.
Your data stays yours
Your records are yours. If you move to another provider, we make them available in a usable form once our work has been completed and any outstanding invoices have been paid.
