What we do with your data.
Short version: we use what you send us to do the work you asked for, we do not track you around the internet, and this site does not need a cookie banner because it does not set the cookies that would require one.
What this website collects
What you type into the quote form
Your legal form, the size of your business, your first name and your email address. We use it to prepare your quote and to reply to you. Nothing else.
How you reached us
The page and the campaign or partner link you arrived through, so we can tell which of our own pages actually help people. This is stored with your request, not sold or shared.
Basic visitor statistics
We count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. That is also why this site does not ask you to accept anything.
What you email us
Your message and address land in our regular business mail, hosted in the European Union.
What you send us on WhatsApp
If you message our business number, the conversation and your phone number are stored with your file so the person handling your work can see it. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta, and their terms apply to the transport of the message.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not place advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not run scripts that follow you to other sites. If you send us a quote request and never become a client, that is the end of it.

- Have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it

Becoming a client
Once we work together, more applies: we are required by Dutch law to identify you and to keep your records for a set period, and part of what we hold is there because the tax authorities require it rather than because we chose to keep it. That is covered in the client documentation you receive when you sign up.
