How many of those are holding companies?*

A holding owns the shares and usually only invoices a management fee. That changes how much work each company takes.

Is there a fiscal unity between those companies?*

A fiscal unity lets companies file together as one. It is not in the trade register, so we cannot look it up — and it decides whether we file one return or several.
