Welcome to 100digital, referred by AP Advice
AP Advice advises you. We take care of everything the Dutch side asks for.
Your advisor at AP Advice looks after your international tax position. Everything the Netherlands then asks of your business, month after month, is ours: the registration, the bookkeeping that has to be right, the VAT returns, the payroll and the tax filings with dates attached. In English, for a fixed monthly fee, so there is nothing left for you to chase.
Your referral
One month free
Because you come to us through AP Advice, one month of your subscription is free. It is applied to your quote automatically when you continue from this page, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to ask for.
Clients who reach us through AP Advice already have their tax position thought through, so we can start on the accounting instead of repairing paperwork.
The work we take on once you are here
Moving to the Netherlands and running a business here brings a set of tasks a regular Dutch accountant rarely sees. We do them every week.
- Still planning your move? Good moment. We can look at the setup before you register anything.
- Already registered? Then we pick up where your file stands today.
IND requirement
Your capital statement
The IND wants proof that the capital is actually in your business. We prepare the accountant’s statement, for your application and again at every renewal.
Payroll
Your wage tax number
Before we can run your payroll and file the wage tax returns correctly, your company needs a wage tax number. We arrange the registration and set up your payroll, including the 30% ruling where it applies.
Tax office
Your VAT number
Applications that stall, letters sent to an address you no longer use, a number that arrives after you needed to invoice. We take that up with them in Dutch and stay on it.
Day one
Your opening balance
Where your business starts on paper, and the figure your capital statement is drawn from. Every later statement and tax return traces back to it.
Year of arrival
The M form
Your first income tax return covers part of the year as a resident and part as a non-resident. This M return takes specific knowledge of international tax rules, and it is where most people get stuck. We prepare and file these every week.
Your post
Letters in Dutch
Post from the Tax Administration arrives at your own address. Photograph it and send it over, and we let you know in English when there is something to be done.
And everything a Dutch business needs anyway: your bookkeeping, your quarterly VAT returns, your payroll once you pay yourself, your income tax return and the advice hours that come with your subscription for the everyday Dutch questions. One fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing. Your advisor at AP Advice stays your advisor; we work alongside, so the two never overlap.
Who you will be working with
A team with its own specialists
Your bookkeeping, your payroll, your returns and your questions are handled by people who each do that one thing all day, not by one generalist who does a bit of everything. We watch the deadlines for you, and after your onboarding you have a fixed point of contact who knows your file. Everything runs in English.
We work on a subscription basis only. That is a deliberate choice: it means we know your business through the year instead of meeting it once at a deadline.
Hundreds of international clients
and counting
- We have done this so often that your questions are the usual ones
- Everything in English, from your accountant to your invoices
- You keep one point of contact, not a ticket queue
- A fixed monthly fee, so you know what you pay before you commit
