Welcome to 100digital, after Diederick Cardon introduced us
We take off where Cardon leaves off.
Diederick gets your DAFT application through. From the moment your company exists, we take over: the bookkeeping, the VAT returns, your income tax and the questions you have not thought of yet.
Why we like this route
We love working with Cardon clients, because they have their DAFT set up right. That means we can start on the accounting instead of repairing the paperwork.
The DAFT-specific work we handle
This is the part a regular Dutch accountant has never done before. We do it every week.
IND requirement
The €4,500 statement
The IND wants proof that the capital is actually in your company. We prepare the accountant’s statement, for your application and again at every renewal.
Payroll
Your wage tax number
Nothing can be paid out before it exists, and the 30% ruling runs through payroll. We request the registration and build the payroll around it.
Tax office
VAT number problems
Applications that stall, letters sent to an address you no longer use, a number that arrives after you needed to invoice. We take that up with them in Dutch and stay on it.
Day one
Your opening balance
Where your business starts on paper, and the figure the €4,500 statement is drawn from. Every later statement and tax return traces back to it.
Year of arrival
The M form
Your first-year migration income tax return, part resident and part not. It cannot be filed online and it is where most people get stuck.
And everything a Dutch business needs anyway: your bookkeeping, quarterly VAT returns, payroll once you pay yourself, and your income tax return. One fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing.
Who you will be talking to
Michel Slager
Senior Partner and founder, 100digital
Michel started 100digital on one idea: that someone building a business in a new country should not have to explain their own situation to their accountant every time. He takes these calls himself.
Hundreds of DAFT clients
