Welcome to 100digital, referred by Firm24
Firm24 sets up your BV. We take it from there.
Whether your deed is already signed or still being prepared, the same list follows: your VAT number, your payroll registration, an opening balance and a first return. That part is ours. In English, for a fixed monthly fee, starting the day your company exists.
Why we like this route
We like working with Firm24 clients, because their company is set up properly. That means we start on the bookkeeping instead of repairing paperwork.
And the way of working fits: short lines, straight answers and no formalities. You will notice that from the first call.
What comes after the deed
Incorporating is one step, and Firm24 handles it. These are the five that follow, and they have an order. We keep track of it and let you know when something is needed from you.
- Still in progress? Good moment. Some of this can start before the deed is signed.
- Already registered? Then we pick up where your file stands today.
Tax office
Your VAT number
It does not always arrive on its own. Applications stall, letters go to an address you no longer use, and the number turns up after you needed to invoice. We take that up with them in Dutch and stay on it.
Payroll
Your wage tax number
Nothing can be paid out to you before it exists, and the 30% ruling runs through payroll. We request the registration and build your payroll around it.
Day one
Your opening balance
Where your company starts on paper. Every later statement and tax return traces back to it, so it is worth getting right the first time.
Deadlines
Your first VAT return
Your first period starts running from the day you are registered, whether or not you have invoiced yet. We check what applies to you and file it.
New to the Netherlands
Your first year here
If you have only just arrived, your first income tax return covers part of a year as a resident and part as a non-resident. It cannot be filed online. We do those every week.
And everything a Dutch company needs anyway: your bookkeeping, quarterly VAT returns, your annual accounts and their filing, corporate income tax and your own income tax return. One fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing.

Michel Slager

Michel started 100digital on one idea: that someone building a business in a new country should not have to explain their own situation to their accountant every time. He takes these calls himself.
