Welcome to 100digital, referred by She Thrives Abroad
She Thrives Abroad gets you here. We take care of the Dutch tax side.
However you found your way here, the Dutch part of running a business looks the same: a registration, a VAT number, bookkeeping that has to be right and tax returns with dates attached. That part is ours, in English, for a fixed monthly fee, from the day your business exists.
Your referral
One month free
Because you come to us through She Thrives Abroad, one month of your subscription is free. It is applied to your quote automatically when you continue from this page, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to ask for.
People who reach us through She Thrives Abroad tend to arrive well prepared, so we can start on the accounting instead of repairing paperwork.
What we take on once you are here
This is the part a regular Dutch accountant has never done before. We do it every week.
- Still planning your move? Good moment. We can look at the structure before you register anything.
- Already registered? Then we pick up where your file stands today.
IND requirement
Your capital statement
The IND wants proof that the capital is actually in your business. We prepare the accountant’s statement, for your application and again at every renewal.
Tax office
Your VAT number
Applications that stall, letters sent to an address you no longer use, a number that arrives after you needed to invoice. We take that up with them in Dutch and stay on it.
Day one
Your opening balance
Where your business starts on paper, and the figure your capital statement is drawn from. Every later statement and tax return traces back to it.
Year of arrival
The M form
Your first income tax return covers part of the year as a resident and part as a non-resident. This M return takes specific knowledge of international tax rules, and it is where most people get stuck. We prepare and file these every week.
Your post
Letters in Dutch
Post from the Tax Administration arrives at your own address. Photograph it and send it over, and we let you know in English when there is something to be done.
And everything a Dutch business needs anyway: your bookkeeping, your quarterly VAT returns, your income tax return and the advice hours that come with your subscription. One fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing.
Who you will be working with
A team with its own specialists
Your bookkeeping, your payroll, your returns and your advice are handled by people who each do that one thing all day, not by one generalist who does a bit of everything. We watch the deadlines for you, and after your onboarding you have a fixed point of contact who knows your file. Everything runs in English.
We work on a subscription basis only. That is a deliberate choice: it means we know your business through the year instead of meeting it once at a deadline.
Hundreds of international clients
and counting
- We have done this so often that your questions are the usual ones
- Everything in English, from your accountant to your invoices
- You keep one point of contact, not a ticket queue
- A fixed monthly fee, so you know what you pay before you commit
Rather talk it through first?
Twenty minutes, in English, to go through your situation. Nothing is decided on that call and there is nothing to sign. Pick a time that suits you and you get a confirmation with a video link straight away.
